My Process: I used the triple diamond because the leaders (at the last place I worked)were taking Agile and they used the double diamond to show what design was.
UX Strategy
I can help businesses understand who the users are, what their needs are and what direction the product should go.
This accomplished through seeing what user research is already available, demographics, analysis, lean model canvases, user segments, behaviors, understinding pain points, journey maps and other methods. It is essential to understand for whom we are building something for, and what they really need. In agile, this is the Investment level.

Dee Sadler is a the complete package when it comes to User Experience design. She brings incredible design ideas to the table but also provides invaluable input for a experience along with her own impeccable design qualities. When it comes to her knowledge with current design tools and trends SHE IS THE BEST! I do not say this loosely.
As a manager she has always found ways to provide valuable input while keeping one motivated and excited about the project.
